This next-generation compact Bluetooth speaker has been engineered for music lovers on the move. Designed to deliver crystal-clear stereo sound in a rugged, travel sized format. Above all, StormBox Mini Plus is the perfect blend of performance, portability, and personalisation.
The TRIBIT Mini Plus is available in black, blue and green from TRIBIT for £33, and Amazon for £29.99 (black) and £31.99 (green and blue).
Key Features of the StormBox Mini Plus

True portability: At just 119 x 91 x 91 mm and weighing under 545g, the StormBox Mini Plus can easily be popped into a rucksack or pocket.
Customisable EQ profiles: Via the TRIBIT App (available on iOS and Android) users can fine-tune the sound to any personal preference with five audio presets or manual EQ adjustments. Users can also pair two StormBox Mini Plus speakers for an immersive true wireless stereo experience.
360° surround sound: The Mini Plus delivers immersive 360° stereo sound with its left-right acoustic design. Equipped with two powerful 48mm full-range drivers, a passive radiator, and 12W output power. Equally, it also features built-in 2+1 Band Dynamic Range Control (DRC) to enhance clarity and balance. Likewise, it delivers clear, dynamic 2.0 stereo sound that truly brings music to life.
Interactive LED lights: Built-in multicolour lights pulse and fade in rhythm with the music. Whether at a garden party, a festival or chilling on a beach, the visual element adds that extra vibe to any gathering.
More Key Features

Extended battery life: No need to worry about running out of juice! With up to 12 hours of playtime (at 50% volume and lights off). Plus, a quick 2.5-hour recharge via the convenient Type-C port, the StormBox Mini Plus keeps the music playing without interruption.
Rugged and waterproof: With an IPX7 waterproof rating, the speaker can withstand immersion in up to 1 metre of water for 30 minutes. Perfect for pool parties, hikes, and the unpredictable UK weather.
Seamless connectivity: Built with the latest Bluetooth 5.4 technology. As a rule, the StormBox Mini Plus ensures a stable wireless range of up to 30 metres [100 feet]. Equally, it supports AAC and SBC codecs for high-quality audio across Android and iOS devices. Importantly, the AAC delivers clearer, more detailed sound, while SBC ensures broad compatibility with all Bluetooth-enabled devices. Also, it features a 3.5mm AUX input, giving users the flexibility to connect older devices. The integrated microphone allows for hands-free calling. Additionally, the use of voice assistant makes it a handy companion for home offices, road trips, or casual chats with friends.
Whether a cycling adventure, garden picnic, or daily commute, it’s built to be a go-anywhere, do-anything speaker. Similarly, the compact size fits easily into a bag, cup holder, or even a jacket pocket. Moreover, the tough exterior resists knocks and drops, while the control panel keeps volume, playback, and lighting a tap away.
TRIBIT StormBox Mini Plus The Review

“Being a fan of TRIBIT I knew that I would instantly like the new StormBox Mini Plus as it’s extremely easy to use, and only takes seconds to set up. Firstly, my thoughts are that as long as the speaker and mobile communicate, and they work seamlessly together, I’m happy.
Secondly, an important factor for me is whether the speaker charges quickly, and it only takes 2 and a half hours to fully charge. Meaning that once charged it can work continuously for around 10-12 hours. Ideal for someone like me who forgets to charge things on a regular basis.
Lastly, I used the speaker on a car journey recently to see if it worked well on the move. It seemed to work perfectly as there weren’t any issues. However, the only real problem was who chose the music to be played in the car!
Furthermore, I listened to it in my garden office instead of my office radio for a change. It was enjoyable to hear my favourite tunes through a powerful speaker. As opposed to my mobile phone speaker, which offers terrible sound quality.
Additionally, an interesting feature is that the LED lights interact with the music being played through it. Therefore, I think this speaker would be a brilliant addition at an evening party.
In conclusion, the StormBox Mini Plus is a fantastic piece of kit, easy to use, and is an excellent size to carry around. Do I like it, yes I absolutely love it!”
