Sherbet Gin Liqueurs: Nostalgic trio puts the fizz into gin

Channelling the free-loving vibes of the 60’s alongside the modern-day love of gin, Sherbet Gin Liqueur has launched three fruity flavours just in time for summer. All laced with tongue-tingling sherbet, each one comes in a funky retro bottle and are designed to be enjoyed on the rocks or mixed into a range of delicious cocktails.

First up is the zesty lemon flavour, which balances sharpness and tang perfectly with dry spice and the sugar rush of the sherbet. Tasty served on its own over crushed ice, it also goes perfectly in a range of refreshing cocktails, like this one:

LEMON SPRITZ

Add the gin liqueur, lemon juice and soda to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake hard and strain into a chilled glass and add a slice of lemon and fresh mint sprigs for garnish.

INGREDIENTS

50ml Lemon Sherbet Gin Liqueur

freshly squeezed lemon juice

club soda

slices of lemon and fresh mint sprigs, for garnish

Next up is the citrusy orange, which is a bonafide fruit bomb when it comes to flavour, especially when mixed into an indulgent St Clements Martini:

ST CLEMENTS MARTINI

Pack a cocktail shaker with ice and add your ingredients. Shake hard and strain into a chilled cocktail coupe or Martini glass with a rim of sugar.

INGREDIENTS:

50ml of Orange Sherbet Gin

25ml lemon juice

15ml orange liqueur

10ml simple syrup

The third and final flavour was our personal favourite; the tangy raspberry. Incredible mixed with your go-to brand of Prosecco, this versatile liqueur arguably shines the most when mixed into a summery Raspberry Gin Fizz:

RASPBERRY GIN FIZZ

Add the gin liqueur, sugar syrup and soda to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled glass full of ice and add mint and raspberries to garnish.

INGREDIENTS:

50ml Raspberry Sherbet Gin Liqueur

Shot of sugar syrup

Club soda

Mint & raspberries garnish

This shimmering trio are ideal for the gin lover in your life with a sweet tooth and are available for just £14.95 per bottle from Master of Malt
