Mental health is a growing concern in the workplace, with an increasing number of employees reporting feelings of stress, anxiety, and depression.

Employers are responsible for creating a safe, healthy working environment for their staff, and promoting good mental health is essential to achieving this. So here are five tips to help you get started with better mental health in the workplace.

1) Encourage Breaks and Flexible Working Hours

It’s important that employees are given regular breaks throughout the day to rest their minds and recharge.
