This cleaning primer is designed to be used prior-to dermaplaning. It prepares the hair and skin by cleaning and hydrating. Made with cucumber, aloe, and niacinamide. Without fragrance, dyes, sulfates and parabens.
Venus Facial Hair & Skin Care Post-Shave Hydration Serum for Dermaplaning, £14.99
Hydration Serum does exactly what it says, it hydrates the skin. Not only does it hydrate but it also refreshes, and helps the skin to glow. The product is made with hyaluronic acid, witch hazel and niacinamide. Suitable for sensitive skin. Not only this, but it is made without fragrance, dyes, silicones, and parabens.

How To Use
Firstly, for those who don’t know what a dermaplaner is let us tell you more. A dermaplaner is the best facial hair remover for a woman’s skin. It delicately and safely removes unwanted or unsightly hair from around the face.
Secondly, it aids with skin protection because of the rounded tip. Due to the shape and structure of the dermaplaner, it helps prevent the corner tip of the blade from touching the skin, meaning it safeguards whilst doing its job.
Thirdly, and possibly most importantly. It is extremely simple to use from the first time it touches the skin. So, for anyone unsure there’s nothing to worry about. It even comes with a video tutorial inside the box (via a QR code to scan).
3-Step Skincare Routine
The 3-step dermaplaning skincare routine includes the above products, which are available from the Gillette website.
Step 1
Use the Venus Cleansing Primer to remove dirt and makeup from the face. It will instantly hydrate both the skin and the fine facial hairs.
Step 2
Take the cap off the Dermaplaning Skin Razor. The skin will need to be held taut with one hand, and the other hand should move the dermaplaner downward in gentle strokes. Always in the direction of the hair growth. Clean the blade with a tissue before placing back in the cap.
Step 3
Apply the Venus Hydration Serum in a thin layer all over the face. This will replenish any hydration that was lost during dermaplaning.
