The property features four studio types, with introductory prices starting from £1,749 per month based on a 12-month agreement, with 162 studios designed for longer stays and 32 for short stays.
Long Stay Rooms
Designed to offer a flexible and community-led alternative to traditional renting, the members’ agreements offer competitive, all-in-one bills that include rent, utilities and council tax, Wi-Fi, cleaning and access to all shared facilities. Flexible agreements are available covering stays from three to twelve months.
The fully serviced rooms offer everything members need, complete with large ensuite bathrooms, fully equipped kitchenettes, comfortable double beds and a large TV. The furniture and room layouts have been carefully considered to maximise compact city living with smart, hidden, storage solutions throughout.
Members of ARK Shoreditch also benefit from a wide range of shared spaces and amenities including a large communal kitchen, an internal garden, karaoke rooms, cinema room, fully equipped gym, yoga studio and playroom, alongside a year-round events programme designed to help members build genuine connections.
Perfectly positioned in the heart of East London, ARK Shoreditch is within walking distance from iconic areas such as Broadway Market, Columbia Road and London Fields. Short Stays
In a first for the ARK brand, short-stay rooms at ARK Shoreditch have been designed more like boutique hotel rooms without kitchenettes, encouraging guests to socialise and connect within the shared cooking and communal areas. Short stays are available for 1 to 89 nights with dynamic pricing.
