The Devonshire Arms Hotel and Spa at Bolton Abbey

Situated at the southern edge of the Yorkshire Dales, The Devonshire Arms Hotel & Spa is a charming country house hotel in picturesque surroundings.
What was once a humble traveller’s Inn is now home to fine dining, luxurious decor, and superior service. And did we mention the 30,000 acres of glorious countryside?
From an indulgent weekend to the wedding of a lifetime—at The Devonshire Arms Hotel & Spa they will help you to make it memorable.
The Devonshire Fell at Burnsall

Nestled on a hillside overlooking the beautiful Yorkshire Dales, The Devonshire Fell has all the romance and drama of a classic Brontë sisters novel. Exceptional food, contemporary comfort, and the Dales on your doorstep. What more could you ask for?
The Devonshire Fell Hotel is situated in Burnsall, offering breathtaking views of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The hotel’s fabulous location is so awe-inspiring that when the producers of the 2003 film the Calendar Girls wanted a quintessential Yorkshire village and summer fête, Burnsall was the location they chose. The charming village of Burnsall can be seen throughout the film and needless to say it was an overnight success around the world.
The Devonshire Arms at Beeley

Located in a cosy corner of the Chatsworth Estate, The Devonshire Arms at Beeley is the kind of country Inn that dreams are made of.
The first mention of Beeley was in a Domesday Book of 1086 and later in 1236, as ‘Bewlag’ and by 1346 as ‘Bylegh’. The Devonshire Arms originated as three separate cottages in 1726 and these were converted into an Inn in 1747.
During the period 1755-64 there were three Inns in the village. Only The Devonshire Arms has survived, retaining the charm of the 18th Century coaching Inn it once was.
Coaches carried visitors from London and the Peak, stopping in Beeley to rest the horses. Among these visitors was the distinguished writer Charles Dickens who was a frequent visitor in his lifetime. It is rumoured that King Edward VII often met his mistress Alice Keppel at The Devonshire Arms at Beeley!
The Devonshire Arms at Pilsley

Situated at the heart of the Chatsworth Estate in one of the Peak District’s most charming villages, The Devonshire Arms at Pilsley is everything you’d expect it to be. Great food, excellent ales, and comfy rooms. All surrounded by magnificent countryside.
Close by to the splendour of Chatsworth House, The Devonshire Arms at Pilsley is a village Inn with charm by the pint. The small, pretty village of Pilsley (not to be confused with the Pilsley near Clay Cross), is built mainly of a type of local sandstone, with many of its houses being owned by the Chatsworth Estate.
Pilsley is also home to the Chatsworth Farm Shop–built in the estate’s former shire horse stud farm. Both this establishment and the 300 year old Devonshire Arms are advocates of local produce. Many of the dishes on the menu at The Devonshire have ingredients which have come from the shop.
So the only question now is which one will you choose? We say why choose? On such a great offer you can work your way around them all!
