Multigenerational Magic: Inside the Morlando Space Mansion

We’ve all been there. Cousin Vinny wants nightlife. Aunt Jean doesn’t like hotels and insists on everyone staying together. The kids get bored easily and need constant entertainment. And you? You just want everyone to be happy.

Multigenerational holidays can be the ultimate bonding experience, creating core memories that last a lifetime. But let’s be honest, pleasing everyone in the process can be a challenge. Enter the Morlando Space Mansion, quite possibly the only luxury family villa in Orlando that comes with its very own space rocket simulator. And the surprises don’t stop there.

At 16,000 square feet, this extraordinary vacation rental sits within Reunion Resort & Golf and sleeps up to 44 guests across 12 double bedrooms, astronaut-themed quarters, and kids’ bunk rooms. There are also 15 bathrooms, three kitchens, a games room, and a lagoon-style swimming pool with water slide and grotto spa.

Purposefully designed for multigenerational family holidays, the layout means that when you close the double doors to the Great Living Room, the kids’ play area, complete with laser quest, a climbing wall, and that impressive three-storey rocket, is completely shut away. They can run wild, while you enjoy peace (and a cocktail) elsewhere.

And the adults are far from forgotten. The Morlando Space Mansion features a full-size bowling alley, air hockey, arcade games, a gym with sauna, a pool room, and, saving the best for last, a cinema room seating 18 in plush comfort. It’s hard to imagine leaving, but should you want a break from the poolside screams, you might head to the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets, where designer labels such as Gucci, YSL, Kate Spade, and Nike offer discounts of up to 70%.

For active families, Reunion Resort also boasts three professional golf courses. To make the game more accessible and fun for all ages, they’ve even created FootGolf, a soccer-golf hybrid that everyone can join in with.

If you fancy exploring beyond the resort, a day trip to Celebration, Florida should be on your itinerary. This picture-perfect town, originally built by Walt Disney, is a surreal slice of Americana. We took a bike tour, whizzing past baby alligators and we even visited Wisteria Lane. Soaking up the charm of manicured homes and pastel shopfronts. A fascinating experience I’d highly recommend.

Of course, the classic Orlando theme parks are only about an hour’s drive away. The Morlando Space Mansion is perfectly placed for families who want to dip into Disney or Universal Studios, or even visit the Kennedy Space Centre, before retreating to a more relaxed and private luxury villa.

Whether you’re planning a once-in-a-lifetime celebration, looking for the best multigenerational holiday home in Orlando, or simply seeking a luxury family vacation rental near Disney, the Morlando Space Mansion has something to keep everyone happy.
