Your evening will begin in our atmospheric outdoor terrace, with a glass of award-winning Artelium English sparkling wine and a selection of canapés to warm up your taste buds. You’ll then dine in our Brasserie where you will sample our carefully curated, three-course menu featuring autumnal recipes and locally sourced ingredients. The evening will conclude with a fireworks display set to music.

The Menu
Our chef has designed a bespoke menu that uses seasonal ingredients from our kitchen garden and local suppliers. From Treacle Braised Local Beef Brisket to Cinder Toffee Parfait, you’ll taste all the flavours, and embrace the wonders of the autumnal season.
