Hitting retailer shelves this month, Yorkshire Butter is made using fresh cream, specially selected from Yorkshire farms, which is batch churned and salted – to produce an unmistakably rich and creamy butter that makes every day better.
The Yorkshire Creamery launched just six months ago in a bid to champion exceptional quality and trusted recipes to make dairy products that ‘taste like they ought to’. The Creamery’s range of Extra Mature Yorkshire Cheddar, Yorkshire Red and Double Yorkshire cheese have become a household staple for true cheese lovers, and it expects real butter fans will follow suit.
“We’re proud to work with fantastic family farms to source the very best milk and cream locally to give our butter a distinctively rich and creamy flavour that makes every day meals – be it smothered on a crumpet or spread on your sandwich – taste that bit better!”
The Yorkshire Creamery has been launched by Wensleydale Dairy Products Ltd, the parent group of the award-winning Wensleydale Creamery, and it shares all the same values to create delicious dairy products made with love and care.
The new Yorkshire Butter brand will launch in selected Tesco and Waitrose stores across Yorkshire, Humber and the North East week commencing 20th April, along with Independent retailers.
Head over to the Wensleydale Creamery online deli, where you’ll find the new butter alongside a scrumptious selection of local cheese, charcuterie, jams, sweet treats and more.
