The Mayfair Chippy Knightsbridge is launching a curated ‘Iftar’ menu for all those participating in Ramadan this February. Developed in collaboration with The Mayfair Chippy’s Saudi Operations Manager, the new Iftar menu signals the brand’s first overseas franchise partnership, ahead of its expansion into Saudi Arabia in late spring/summer 2026.
The menu offers four courses and consists of a mixture of Mayfair Chippy classics and Middle Eastern inspired delights. Priced at £48 per guest, it will be available daily after 5pm throughout the month of Ramadan.
The first course or ‘Iftar’ will include the traditional medjool dates, alongside roasted cashew nuts, mini lentil soup, creme fraiche, ras el hanout and lemon and mint water.
The Chippy ‘Mezze’ follows, with a choice of either a fish or vegetarian dish, shared between two guests. Highlights include TMC Prawn Toast with king prawns, fried butter loaf and sriracha mayonnaise, or crispy oyster mushrooms with black garlic and truffle mayonnaise.
Moving onto mains, guests can enjoy one of three platters, to be shared between two. Opt for The Mayfair Classic (fried cod and haddock goujons, king prawns, handcut chips, mushy peas, tartare sauce, curry sauce or HP gravy); Middle Eastern Shepherd’s Pie (braised lamb shoulder and apricot, sumac spiced potato, smoked cheddar, seasonal greens and molasses gravy); or Grilled Whole Chermoula Marinated Seabass (spiced lemon, caper and parsley butter, handcut chips, za’atar and citrus salt, baby spinach and labneh salad).
The traditional dessert course of Halawiyat rounds off on a sweet note, with a selection of miniature puddings. Enjoy strawberry trifle, glazed lemon tart, milk chocolate mousse and sea salt and caramel truffles.
