Currently deep in wintertime celebration The Great Snow, iconic blossom trees cast in fairytale colours, contemporary Chinese and Asian-fusion restaurant Tattu can now reveal its intentions for the biggest event in the calendar.
On Sunday 31st December 2023 we invite loyal devotees and newcomers alike to partake in afternoon-into-night time New Year’s Eve festivities. Celebrations will feature indulgent food, theatrical drinks and live entertainment.
By day, guests with a table booking can indulge in dishes from the legendary a la carte menu, with standouts such as mouthwatering Seven Spiced Seared Tuna, fiery Szechuan Rock Shrimp, Caramel Soy Aged Beef Fillet , Shanghai Black Cod, and Mongolian Mock Beef. In-house mixologists have developed exclusive cocktails for the colder months: The Great Snow is a refreshing and floral stunner, and those after more depth can opt for the Patrón Tequila, coffee, blackcurrant and oat milk Zhanshi.

From 9PM onwards, the focus switches to a specially curated set-sharing menu with a choice of Tattu Signature cocktails or Laurent-Perrier Champagne. Comprising three waves of our trademark innovative plates, diners will be treated to the colourful four-piece Mixed Dim Sum Basket (wagyu beef, shiitake, black cod & prawn, and royal koi gau), Glazed Beef Bao Buns, Japanese Black Wagyu, and Green Pepper Lobster. Desserts, meanwhile, take on a fantastical form with the Winter Cherry Blossom, and rich fudge flavours of Snow Leopard.

Drinking and dining aside, as darkness descends outside, inside Tattu a more hedonistic atmosphere sets in as the hour approaches. Talented DJs will be seamlessly piecing together deep house cuts, with a live percussionist or saxophonist elevating that score to a whole new, immersive level. As midnight strikes, traditional lion dancers will perform before the party takes over once more, helping us mark 2024 in the most fitting way: moving into the next chapter with energy, vitality and passion.
