If you are going to be travelling through the UK any time soon, then you might be looking for some suggestions as to what you can do when you’re there. Alton Towers/Thorpe Park

The first thing that we are going to mention is two of the most popular theme parks in the UK. Alton Towers is located further north where Thorpe Park is further down south, so if you are heading all the way around you may be able to find time for both. These places have some of the best thrill rides that you will find, and are great for those of you who love an adrenaline rush. There are also smaller rides available, so don’t worry if you don’t like fast, high rides, because there is something for everyone. 

Theme parks are always a good choice, especially if you have your family with you. It is an experience like none other, and it makes you feel alive. They also both have places nearby where you can stay if you don’t want to head off too soon!

Everest

Have you ever thought about going to Everest? If you have, now is the perfect time to do this. You can even think about completing the Everest base camp trek which is usually completed for charity. This is a great way to include some kind of charity in your travels and do something good to help someone. Be warned that it isn’t the easiest trek in the world, and we suggest that if you don’t have much experience with these that you start with something a little easier. But, if it is something that you would like to do, then it’s an awesome idea.

All The Museums

The UK has many different museums located around various countries. If these are something that interests you, you can look up and find their locations online so that you don’t have to try and stumble around blindly looking for them while you’re there. If you start in London, the Natural History Museum is there, and this is a fantastic place with plenty of exciting exhibits. Even if you aren’t generally a fan of museums, we’re pretty sure that this one will be a bit different. There are so many interactive parts of this museum that it is more like an experience, and one that you don’t want to miss out on.
