Modern Chinese restaurant Tattu will celebrate the festive and Azure Dragon season with a new seasonal menu and wintery decorations.
Tattu, the modern Chinese restaurant group, are excited to mark the start of the new season with the arrival of Azure Dragon. Known for its strength and grace, the Azure Dragon symbolises change in the skies above. Each restaurant will transform with icy blues and festive decorations to reflect a time of year in which people traditionally come together in search of sanctuary, celebrations and festivities. Tattu is perfect for celebrations and occasions of all kinds — from intimate date nights to cosy family gatherings, after work events to hedonistic dinner parties.

The new seasonal Taste of Tattu menu will launch on 1st November, new starters include: Wild Mushroom And Black Truffle Spring Rolls with Sweet and sour soy; Pan Seared Pork Dumpling with Black pepper pork and Royal Koi Fish Gau Black cod, yuzu and miso. Guests are invited to enjoy a seasonal selection of mains such as Wok Fired Angry Bird with Chicken, roasted chilli pepper, cashews and sesame honey soy, Balsamic Teriyaki Salmon with Black pepper, pickled ginger and cucumber and Kung Po Tofu with Pineapple, green beans and lotus.



For those fancying something sweet, with each new season brings a new dessert, guests will be able to enjoy a choice of either the Yuzo Lemon Drop with Passion fruit, shiso and almond or Asian Pear Sticky Toffee Pudding with Cinnamon, vanilla and poached pear.



Party goers and diners alike can experience the festive, theatrical cocktails that capture the beauty and power of winter at Tattu. Choices include: Iced Skull Candy with Crystal Head Vodka, candy and lemon; Azure with Grey Goose Vodka, Briottet Peach, winter melon, lemon juice and Winter Plum Blossom with Patrón Silver Tequila, Yuzu Sake, lavender, lemon juice, London Essence Peach & Jasmine. For a seasonal sweet treat to finish their meal, diners can enjoy either the Ice Dragon with Cashew butter fudge, chocolate and marshmallow or Winter Blossom with Cherry, chocolate and candy floss.
