Spring Set Menu – £35pp

Celebrate the flavours of spring with a three-course menu paired with Brugal’s Dominican 88 cocktail, available for just £35 per person. The perfect seasonal treat, served in the elegant surroundings of the Fourth Floor Brasserie celebrating bold flavours and seasonal produce, with standout starters like whipped goats cheese with confit garlic crostini, or cured chalk stream trout with a potato and herb salad, and a parsley and caviar dressing.

Mains include fresh, vibrant dishes such as pan-fried plaice potatoes and an apple and baby gem salad, and vegetarian options spinach tagliatelle with sun-blushed tomatoes, mozzarella and truffle sauce.

Chef’s Tasting Menu – £65pp

Following last year’s sell out events – for one night only this spring – and two exclusive dates later in the year – diners are invited to experience a six-course tasting menu designed by Head Chef Lee Heptinstall. Expect elevated versions of classic dishes, crafted with finesse and flair all set in the elegant surroundings of the Fourth Floor Brasserie.
