Marmalade – Codorniu Vintage Rosado
Pour a tablespoon of fig jam through a strainer into a cocktail shaker with ice, add the juice from one lemon, the juice from one orange plus 1/2 oz. of Triple Sec and shake vigorously until all the ingredients are cold. Mimosa Twist – Anna De Codorniu Blanc De Blancs
Squeeze one orange and half a grapefruit and pour the juice directly into a champagne glass. Add half a teaspoon of orange marmalade or agave syrup. Mediterranean Splitz Lemonade – Codorniu 1872
Place two or three mint leaves in a balloon glass and then add the juice from one lemon, the juice from one orange plus a teaspoon of liquid sugar. Night Bubbles – Anna De Codorniu Brut
Pour 1 3/4 oz. of Pear liqueur into a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the juice from half a lemon and a leaf of basil and shake vigorously until all the ingredients are cold. Midnight In Barcelona – Anna Blanc De Blancs
Pour some strawberries, raspberries and red currants into a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the juice from half a lemon, 1 3/4 oz. of vodka, 1/3 oz of red currant liqueur and a splash of raspberry liqueur and shake vigorously until all the ingredients are cold. Then serve the mixture in a champagne coupe or a coupette glass and top the cocktail off with Anna Blanc de Blancs. Decorate the cocktail with a red fruit brochette. Amaretto 75 – Codorniu Non-Vintage
Add 15ml of gin, 15 ml of amaretto liqueur, 5 ml of sugar syrup, 20 ml of lemon juice four ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a flute. Top with Codorníu Non-Vintage, garnish and enjoy. Codorniu Brut NV – 75cl – £8.50 – Ocado
Gold Sparkler – Codorniu 1872
Add 35ml of gin, 15 ml of apricot brandy, 15 ml of lime, 15 ml of orange juice, 10 ml of honey syrup and 50 ml of Codorníu1872 to a highball glass with ice.
