As we head into the last month of the summer season, our incredible team of cocktail creatives have curated a new spritz menu to enjoy all week on our White Rose Garden terrace.
Our bespoke menu offers six stunning serves that are fresh, citrussy and floral and whilst perfectly effervescent in texture.

South Coast Cooler
Minuty Rosé-based spritz, with sharp raspberry notes and topped with a tipple of prosecco.
Seville Spritz
A genius herbal take on the Aperol spritz, made with Tanquery Seville, Rosemary Aperol and garnished with a juicy slice of fresh orange.
Umeshu Fizz
Delight your senses with thisscintillating serve of Haku vodka, and a twist of plum and bubbles.
Citronella Cup
A tangy yet floral serve, made with Botanist Gin, prosecco and lemongrass soda and brushed with edible paint.
Non-Alcoholic
Our non-alcoholic range includes the Mountain Spritz, made with Everleaf Mountain botanicals, with notes of cherry blossom and juniper.
