Michelin Star for The Samling

We are delighted to announce that The Samling has been awarded a Michelin Star in the 2023 awards, held at Silverstone last night in front of an audience made up of the country’s top chefs, restaurateurs, and food media.

The Michelin Guide is considered the most prestigious culinary guide in the world, and receiving a Michelin star is a significant accomplishment for any restaurant. The coveted stars are awarded to establishments that demonstrate exceptional quality in their food.

The Samling has earned a reputation for excellence in the most beautiful of surroundings.  Led by Executive Head chef Robby Jenks the kitchen team is dedicated to using only the finest ingredients to create dishes that showcase seasonal produce and ingredients.
