The Food & Drink
There are three menus to choose from, a standard menu (meat and fish), a vegetarian menu, or a vegan menu. All include three courses which comprise a starter, main course and dessert, and all are priced at £95 (per person).
Guests are offered a drink on arrival which is part of the fixed price menu, furthermore a separate wine pairing menu, and performance cocktail are additional extras if required.
A little teaser from the three menus to temp your taste buds! How about cured salmon with beetroot, apple, horseradish and hazelnut for one of the starters? Moreover, pan fried halloumi with cavil nero, butternut squash, herb arancini, and tomato sauce as one of the mains? Alternatively, perhaps chocolate mousse, passion fruit, hazelnut and orange ice cream for one of the desserts has you drooling?
Equally, if you’re a meat eater, a staunch vegetarian, or perhaps you’re fully vegan, there is a menu for all.
