Colour: Bright, intense, violet red
Aroma: This wine expresses delicate notes of plum and black cherries which accompany a soft delicate toasted notes from the barrel ageing
Palate: This is a very elegant and well structured wine with a marked character and strong tannins. It is characterised by the prominent expression of fruits, specifically plum and black cherry. Its ageing barrels gives this wine a greater degree of complexity.
Pairing: Ideal with roasted red meats and aged cheese.
