Originating from Australia’s stunning Cape Byron Distillery, Brookie’s is not your average gin and features no less than 25 botanicals – 17 of which are native to the regenerated rainforest that surrounds it.
The gin lists finger limes, aniseed myrtle and native raspberry among its ingredients and has a unique taste reminiscent of refreshing rose and watermelon, set against a hint of sourness with cherry and plum. We’re sold.

Shake all the ingredients except soda with ice and pour into a glass, top with soda and garnish with a lime wedges.
