FREAK ON A LEASH
Ingredients:
- 50ml Tequila Rose
- 100ml Strawberry jelly
- 40ml Butterscotch syrup
- 30ml Strawberry puree
- 80ml Vanilla ice cream
- 30ml Milk
Method:
- Set jelly, blend other ingredients
- Vessel: Glass tankard
- Garnish: Tequila Rose infused foam, fresh strawberry, pink wafer and sprinkles
HOT UNDER THE COLLAR
Ingredients
- 50ml Tequila Rose
- ¼ Cantaloupe melon
- 20ml Crystallised ginger syrup
- Half spoon Ground cinnamon
- 15ml Maple syrup
Method
- Muddle all the ingredients together and shake well
- Strain the liquid into the glass
- Garnish with crystallised ginger
RHUBARB & CUSTARD
Ingredients:
- 50ml Tequila Rose
- 40ml Strawberry puree
- 150ml Vanilla custard
- 30ml Rhubarb liqueur
- Rhubarb foam
Method:
- Shake & strain first 3 ingredients, then layer rhubarb foam on top
- Vessel: Large wine glass
- Garnish: Rhubarb, strawberry and Tequila Rose mini tartlet. Strawberry sprinkles.
