FREAK ON A LEASH

Tequila Rose

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Tequila Rose
  • 100ml Strawberry jelly
  • 40ml Butterscotch syrup
  • 30ml Strawberry puree
  • 80ml Vanilla ice cream
  • 30ml Milk

Method:

  1. Set jelly, blend other ingredients
  2. Vessel: Glass tankard
  3. Garnish: Tequila Rose infused foam, fresh strawberry, pink wafer and sprinkles

HOT UNDER THE COLLAR

Tequila rose

Ingredients

  • 50ml Tequila Rose
  • ¼ Cantaloupe melon
  • 20ml Crystallised ginger syrup
  • Half spoon Ground cinnamon
  • 15ml Maple syrup

Method

  1. Muddle all the ingredients together and shake well
  2. Strain the liquid into the glass 
  3. Garnish with crystallised ginger

RHUBARB & CUSTARD

Tequila Rose

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Tequila Rose
  • 40ml Strawberry puree
  • 150ml Vanilla custard
  • 30ml Rhubarb liqueur
  • Rhubarb foam

Method:

  1. Shake & strain first 3 ingredients, then layer rhubarb foam on top
  2. Vessel: Large wine glass
  3. Garnish: Rhubarb, strawberry and Tequila Rose mini tartlet. Strawberry sprinkles.
