La Vida Day Spa in Leeds have a full month of fabulous offers throughout October and having noticed a rise in stress and anxiety levels, they have some wonderful treatments and products to help.

Give your skin a boost with the Dermalux Treatment. Two or three sessions a week and your skin will be transformed. This non-invasive treatment uses a combination of clinically proven Blue, Red and Near Infrared wavelengths to boost collagen, increase hydration, calm redness and blitz bacteria. 30 minutes with no down time. Just get up and glow!
Reiki with Emma B. 90 minutes for £40 (usually £50)
Angelic Reiki is a safe way of healing using angels. It allows connection through the Angelic Kingdom of Light to your soul energy to bring through powerful healing. It works both physically and emotionally and helps remove emotional blockages, freeing you from old ties. It works on anxiety, depression, stress and all-round uplifting.

An evening of relaxing shopping and pampering in the warm and inviting La Vida Day Spa. There will be beautiful Christmas gift ideas, free gifts with purchases, angel card readings, special offers and discounts, glasses of fizz and delicious nibbles.
Other local independent businesses will also be taking part in the event. LBD (Little Black Dress) Boutique will be open for ladies clothing, shoes, bags, jewellery and gifts. Flowers of Guiseley has gorgeous homeware, real and dried flower arrangements, plants and wreaths.
You will not go hungry – Slice Guiseley will be open with cakes, tray bakes, hot pork and stuffing sandwiches and Laura Franklin Rehabilitation will be on hand with a free Stretch and De-stress Mat Class at 7.45pm.
