Dr Raj Thethi, owner of and senior practitioner at award-winning Yorkshire Skin Centre in Leeds, is pleased to announce that Dr Valencia has joined his carefully chosen team of expert practitioners.
Dr Valencia has over 10 years’ experience in the aesthetics field and has achieved an enviable reputation for creating natural results which knock years off without it being obvious that you have had ‘work done’!
Originally from Ecuador, Dr Valencia moved to the UK in 2014 and performs a wide range of treatments including injectables, consultations and minor surgery.
Dr Valencia told us, “I come from a family of surgeons. I am proud to have been taught by some of the best Physicians both at home and at the School of Medicine in Guayaquil -Ecuador.
After finishing medical school, I further pursued my studies in Spain and I obtained my Master’s Degree in Aesthetic Medicine at the School of Medicine in Cordoba.
As entrepreneur, I founded my own laser hair removal company and worked in various specialist aesthetics medicine clinics in Madrid. This journey extended to 11 years and I gained a huge amount of expertise and experience during this time.
In 2014 I moved to the UK with my family and after a well-deserved maternity leave, we moved to Knaresborough, the place we now consider our home.
I love my profession and am eternally grateful that I had the opportunity to study and acquire the skills and expertise I now have which enables me to carry out my job to such a high standard. I am looking forward to working with Dr Raj and the team at the Yorkshire Skin Centre.
