To enable employees to live and work close to their families, and to ensure our employment opportunities never discriminate against ages or genders – including ladies of retirement age – some of the resorts, such as Siyam World, organise morning and evening boat transfers.
On the local island of Kudafari, the Women’s Development Committee is in place to make sure that women have the opportunity to develop vital to enable employment at all level.

peaking about this initiative, Sara Siyam, Director of Creative & PR said: “WDC is not just an excellent concept but also a practical one. At last, we have the capability to engage in significant activities that have a direct positive effect on the communities in the Maldives. This is particularly noteworthy as it empowers women in a meaningful way.”
