Infinity by Pacaso launches in France, continuing its global expansion

The curated community connects owners of exceptional second homes with a curated network spanning more than 70 destinations in over 10 countries.

Infinity by Pacaso has launched in France, introducing its invitation-only home exchange community to French second-home owners as it expands its global network. The launch is marked by a private preview on 22 October at a residence in the Infinity collection on rue des Beaux-Arts, in Paris’s 6th arrondissement.

Infinity brings together owners of exceptional second homes, allowing them to exchange unused weeks at their own property for stays in other members’ homes around the world. Each residence reflects the character of its setting and the care of its owner, offering members a more personal way to experience a destination.

Since its debut in February 2026, Infinity has grown to more than 70 destinations in over 10 countries, from St. Barths and the British Virgin Islands to Tuscany, Careyes, Mexico City, Verbier, New York and Napa Valley. New addresses are added each week, expanding the collection available to members.

The Paris preview gave guests the opportunity to explore one of the collection’s residences and meet the Pacaso team to learn how the exchange works. The setting offered a first-hand introduction to Infinity: distinctive private homes, shared within a carefully vetted community.

Infinity welcomes owners of second homes valued between €3 million and €20 million. Each home, homeowner and property manager is personally vetted, with residences assessed for architecture, location, character and quality of care. Homes remain private, visible only to vetted members within the network.

“France was a natural next step for Infinity, with its Parisian pieds-à-terre, Provençal estates and Côte d’Azur villas,” commented Manon Martin, Global Head of Membership at Pacaso. “The country has become our most requested destination from our community due its regional diversity, cuisine, architecture and culture. Its homes give members reasons to return throughout the year and offer an incredible opportunity to develop the Infinity network here.”

Members retain ownership of their homes and make a minimum of 14 days available to the community per year. They can browse available stays on a rolling 24-month calendar and either arrange a direct exchange with another owner or earn credits by hosting a stay. Those credits can then be used at another home in the collection, without requiring a reciprocal exchange at the same time.

Pacaso coordinates scheduling, confirmations and arrival details, working alongside each owner’s existing property manager, who continues to prepare and close the home. Members continue with the property management team that knows their home, while Pacaso manages the details of the exchange.

“Time is the most valuable thing any of us has, and the most precious time is the time we spend with the people we love,” said Austin Allison, CEO and co-founder of Pacaso. “Yet even the most exceptional homes sit empty for weeks every year. Infinity turns those weeks into something remarkable: a summer in Tuscany, a winter break in Verbier, a long weekend in Paris. We’re building a private, vetted community where the home you already love becomes your passport to the world’s most extraordinary places.”

Infinity builds on Pacaso’s experience in professionally managed second-home co-ownership and home exchanges. For existing Pacaso owners, it opens the door to a wider collection of homes without changing their ownership share or how they use their own Pacaso property.
