The British Grand Prix may officially be over for the 2026 season but the racing never stops! Silverstone Museum is offering the next generation of British motor racing fans an incredible summer offer, when Kids Go Free AND Kids Eat Free*.

Visit some of the most iconic cars, bikes and memorabilia and learn all about the history of British motor racing at Silverstone Museum, which is located at the iconic Silverstone circuit in Northamptonshire.

The double offer for kids to go free and eat free runs until August 31st, and is available to all children aged 15 or under when accompanied by a full-paying adult*.

  • Black Cats & Chequered Flags – new for 2026, this multiplayer immersive Mixed Reality (MR) and Virtual Reality (VR) experience tells the story behind the life of Alberto Ascari, the first double F1 World Champion 
  • Returning for summer, Scalextric will be back in the Silverstone Museum. Race cars on the museum’s incredibly detailed model track of the National Circuit
  • RAF Silverstone – earn your airman’s stripes and discover Silverstone’s past as a Bomber Command Training base during the Second World War

After an action-packed lap of the museum, kids can refuel for free from the limited time menu, which features hot options including fusilli pasta with tomato and cheese, popcorn chicken, Quorn nuggets or fish fingers, all served with one side. Alternatively, choose from a ham or cheese sandwich plus two picnic items from a choice of fruit yoghurt; Pom Bears, a piece of fruit; Jammie Dodgers; apple or orange juice.
