Serviced Apartments or Hotel? Why Choose!

At Native Manchester you don’t have to choose! Native Manchester based in Ducie Street warehouse is just a two minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly and is the ultimate staycation venue for those that want flexibility and convenience.

The old cotton storage warehouse has been converted into 162 industrial chic self-contained serviced apartments. You can choose from a pied a terre studio to a more luxurious two bedroom penthouse with a terrace. All have the signature exposed brickwork, steel girders and Conran style furniture. It is classic loft style city living and perfect for working away from home or a party weekend away where you need a cool apartment to base yourself.

The difference here from an Air BnB or classic serviced apartment is that they are part of a wider service offering. If you don’t feel like doing a shop on the way and just want the kitchen to make drinks and store snacks, then you have the bar and restaurant downstairs. Here you have an all-day deli counter, restaurant and co-working space and bar.

The space morphs from smoothies and meetings, to brunch and sofa lounging to cocktails and DJs depending on the time of day, and give the property a nice buzz.

If you do wish to self-cater the full equipped kitchen and sit down dining room has everything that you might need to have a dinner party. There is even a dishwasher for the cleaning up.

If you are in the mood for some exercise, they have the fitness studio Blok in the same building.  You simply download the app and select the class you want and rock up. Being a guest entitles you to 35% off classes and they offer everything from HIIT, Boxing and Reformer Pilates to Breathwork and Sound Healing sessions.

Cultureplex is the onsite mini cinema where screenings and events are held. All showings are promoted on the website and can be booked should you wish to catch  a movie, although the TV’s in the apartments do come with Chromecast.

Located right by the Piccadilly Basin and on the edge of the vibrant Northern Quarter, you are only a short stroll away from the action Manchester is famous for. There are so many independent shops, creative spaces and diverse cultures in this part of town making a great location to dive into the authentic local atmosphere where street art, music and unique cafes define the area.
