One Traveller is celebrating its first-ever Which? endorsement as it’s been nominated in not one but two categories, placing first in Recommended Provider for Solo Tours, December 2024 with a score of 83 and a third in Recommended Provider for Escorted Tours.
The results of these tours nominations are based on a survey of 19,958 holidays taken in the past two years from 12,119 Which? Connect members and members of the public that took place in August/September 2024.
Which? is the UK’s consumer champion, with millions of people trusting its expert and impartial advice. The Which? Recommended Provider logo shows that a provider is one of the best at delivering a specific service, with 85% of consumers saying it made it easier for them to identify products or services they could trust to deliver to a high standard. Providers can’t self-nominate – Which? decides the tour operators it selects for assessment after researching the market to find out what parts of a service matter most to customers. It then compiles detailed surveys based on its research and shares them with large groups of customers to get feedback from the people who use the service. Robust methods used to analyse key aspects of a provider’s service can include its policies, prices and terms & conditions to see how they uphold key consumer rights and how well they meet the needs of customers.
