Integrative health coach, yoga teacher and lifestyle journalist Rosie Underwood joins My Lounge as its first Wellness Ambassador, launching a new pre-flight wellbeing programme designed to help travellers arrive feel calmer, refreshed and ready to enjoy their trip.
What if your holiday could start before take-off?
That’s the thinking behind a new partnership between My Lounge, from No1 Lounges and wellness expert Rosie Underwood, who has been appointed as the airport lounge brand’s first-ever Wellness Ambassador.

Launching this October, Rosie has created The My Lounge Pre-Flight Reset, an exclusive wellbeing programme designed to help travellers swap airport stress for holiday mode before they even board the plane.
As holidays increasingly become an opportunity to rest and recharge, the journey itself can often feel anything but relaxing. From early alarms and crowded terminals to flight anxiety and jet lag, many travellers arrive at their destination already feeling depleted.

Created exclusively for My Lounge guests, The My Lounge Pre-Flight Reset offers simple, science-backed techniques covering movement, breathwork, mindset, sleep and recovery. Designed to fit into the time guests already spend in the lounge, the programme can be practised in just a few minutes and requires no equipment.
The content will be available year-round via the No1 Lounges website, giving guests practical tools to help them feel their best before every trip.

To celebrate the launch, timed to coincide with World Mental Health Day (10th October) Rosie will host a special residency at My Lounge, Gatwick South Terminal on 15th October, where lounge guests can experience elements of the programme, meet Rosie in person and receive tailored advice on topics including movement, fear of flying, nutrition and travel stress.

Schedule – Thursday 15th October, My Lounge Gatwick South Terminal
Throughout the day Rosie will run a series of 15-minute workshops covering:
- Brain & Heart Coherence – a 15-minute guided practice to help down-regulate the stress response using breath, heart focus and emotional regulation techniques to help lounge guests feel calmer, more grounded and present before they fly.
- Seated Stretch & Move – simple seated stretches and mobility exercises to support circulation, ease stiffness and keep the body moving during long flights. Learn easy movements you can do before and during your journey to help you feel more comfortable in the air.
- Eat Well, Fly Well – nutritional and digestive guidance for travelling, from what and when to eat before and during a flight, to supporting hydration, digestion and energy when you’re away from home.
- Fear of Flying – practical tools, breathwork and a short, guided meditation to help manage travel anxiety and fear of flying; using Rosie’s unique perspective from a pilot’s POV, having learnt to fly planes herself as a teenager in the RAF, complemented by her work as an integrative health coach.
Sharon Jevans, Managing Director at No1 Lounges, said:
“For many people, the most stressful part of a holiday happens before they’ve even boarded the plane. We wanted to create something genuinely useful that helps guests feel calmer, more refreshed and ready to enjoy their trip from the moment they arrive at the airport. Rosie’s approach is practical, accessible and exactly what modern travellers are looking for.”
Rosie Underwood said:
“Travel asks a lot of us before we’ve even left the ground. The My Lounge Pre-Flight Reset is about simple tools that help you slow down, reset and arrive feeling better. You don’t need complicated routines or lots of time, sometimes just a few mindful minutes can completely change the way you travel.”
A respected wellness coach and lifestyle journalist, Rosie has trained with more than 85 leading wellbeing experts and has written for titles including Vogue and Grazia.
The launch reflects No1 Lounges‘ continued focus on elevating the pre-flight experience, helping guests make the most of their time before take-off and start their journey feeling refreshed rather than rushed.
The My Lounge Pre-Flight Reset launches on 15 October and will be available via No1 Lounges. Pre-booked lounge passes are available from £38 per person.
