Marriott’s Newest Flagship Hotel is Set to Land in Manchester

Manchester Marriott Hotel Piccadilly is set to fly the signature flag of Marriott Bonvoy’s extraordinary portfolio of more than 30 hotel brands, as it launches in the city this spring.

Situated next to Piccadilly Train Station in Manchester, and in the world-class urban neighbourhood, Mayfield; distinct in character, authentic in spirit and progressive by nature.

In late 2021, the hotel was acquired by Zetland Capital Partners under a management agreement with Hamilton Pyramid, leading a significant 33-million-pound refurbishment and rebranding project.

Debuting as the city’s flagship Marriott hotel, Manchester Marriott Hotel Piccadilly will be the brand’s second property in the city. The new 338-room hotel offers a contemporary destination for travellers, featuring a restaurant and bar, a spectacular function room, 11 meeting rooms, a 24/7 MClub Lounge, state-of-the-art gym and a stunning Elemis spa, featuring six treatment rooms and a thermal suite.

Distinguished as the largest 4-star hotel in the city centre, Manchester Marriott Hotel Piccadilly will offer 338 generous bedrooms spread across 8 floors, promising unparalleled comfort for its customers. The interior design of the bedrooms is a nod to the neighbourhood’s industrial and music heritage, incorporating earthy tones and contemporary décor.

Manchester Marriott Hotel Piccadilly will provide guests with Manchester’s largest standard rooms, ensuring ample space for guests to feel truly at home. Each room features large, comfortable beds and relaxing seating areas, perfect for unwinding.
