INNSiDE by Meliá Ibiza, part of Meliá Hotels International, has announced it will be launching an exclusive cocktails and smoothie menu using fresh island products Ibiza’s largest certified organic farm, Terra Masia. True to INNSiDE by Melia ‘Stay Curious’ philosophy, the hotel will be giving guests to sample some of the island home grown seasonal fruits and veggies. Available every Wednesday throughout the season at INNSiDE by Melia Ibiza’s Rooftop Nine overlooking San Antonio Bay.
Terra Masia is a unique paradise, where all the magical elements of the island come together in over 56 breathtaking hectares of stunning Mediterranean countryside. Nestled in the hinterlands of Santa Eulalia, the farm is run by a 2 Michelin Star chef and grows a wide variety of biodynamic vegetables, fruit, herbs, edible flowers and free-range eggs.
Supportive of the island’s farming culture, INNSiDE by Meliá Ibiza is proud to serve a new dedicated drinks offering prepared from a selection of organic Terra Masia seasonal fresh products, available across the season. The menu will see some exquisite freshly made juices, smooties, organic lemonades and iced teas in the day-time from 1pm until 3pm. As the evening unfolds, Rooftop Nine skilled mixologists will craft a variety of handcrafted cocktails, including exclusive creations featuring Terra Masia’s very own gin and adorned with the farm’s seasonal fruits. Other special derived products of the farm will also be available to purchase at the rooftop bar for hotel guests and residents, such as teas tin made with plants grown on the farm and Terra Masia’s gin, fully organic made with juniper berries, coriander seed, angelica root, sweet orange peel, fresh lemon peel, lemon thyme and lemon verbena leaf.
INNSiDE by Melia Ibiza is reopening with a fresh new look for the 2023 season on 27th of April, followed by an extensive fresh and modern refurbishment across its 275 bedrooms. Its Rooftop Nine offers a panoramic rooftop terrace with views of crystal turquoise sea by day and dreamy sunsets by night. Throughout the season, the rooftop bar will be bustling with widers curated collection of happenings and events extravaganza to inspire creativity in everyone. This includes a series of unique wellness activities and music happenings.
