Get cosy in Northumberland! in these Gorgeous Cottages

Little Hideaways, a self-catering, holiday let business with properties at the heart of the Northumberland coast and countryside is quickly gaining a following for its cosy cottages all year round, with repeat guests returning year on year.

With four properties in the popular fishing town of Seahouses currently in their portfolio and a fifth one located perfectly for exploring the Cheviots and surrounding rolling hills of Northumberland’s National Parks coming very soon.

Seahouses

The once lesser-known county of Northumberland is quickly becoming a buzz for staycations, short breaks and outdoor experiences and who better to share their knowledge than Rachel Jamieson and family. Having grown up in the area and marrying a local, they have a wealth of knowledge and have built a reliable and professional business from their family to yours. The county speaks for itself with its rugged beauty and Little Hideaways offers the perfect homely accommodation, informative website and bookable activities with local partners to make your stay an experience.

All the cottages in the current portfolio are family owned and have all undergone refurbishments to create a cosy home from home and are a fantastic base for exploring. Accommodating couples up to families of 7 * and are dog friendly

“Our aim with Little Hideaways was to make a sleek and easy to use website where you really do get what you see. It’s important to us that when guest’s check-in they instantly breath out and feel at home, we think this is reflected in a number of guests stays, we’ve even had two ‘Engagements’ at St.Cuthbert’s Cottage, it’s a really special place!

Northumberland is an area where you can immerse yourself in its natural beauty and surroundings so we wanted to create a website where the guest experience starts from the moment they plan their holiday, with inspirational ideas of what to do and a page dedicated to booking activities with local partners and our seasonal blogs.

You can rest assured that if we’re writing about it, often we’ve done it ourselves, for example paddle boarding at Beadnell, Beach Yoga and Climbing Cheviot.

We even have a dedicated news page that may help other cottage owners giving hints and tips on things that we have found useful.”

However, don’t just take their word for it take a look at some of the testimonials below.
