Experience the Magic of Autumn with Discover Charnwood

‘Come and explore the magic of autumn in Charnwood’ – that’s the message from Discover Charnwood as it launches its latest campaign.  From pumpkin spice lattes to walks through ancient woodland in the crisp air, autumn is all about slowing down, wrapping up warm and enjoying time together.

There is also plenty to celebrate this time of year including Halloween, Diwali, bonfire night and the historic Loughborough Fair. In addition, Loughborough will be getting ready for Christmas with its annual Christmas light switch-on in the town. Many other towns and villages across Charnwood will be hosting similar light switch-on events too.

Discover Charnwood is the destination brand for the area, launched by the borough council to showcase Charnwood’s unique story and support local tourism.

It’s the perfect location to enjoy autumn, with stunning landscapes, vibrant towns and beautiful villages, historic landmarks and a host of wonderful attractions
