During this exceptional weekend, Chef Adrien Brunet will collaborate with his childhood friend, Chef Aymerick Depogny, whom he met while attending the same culinary school. Chef Aymerick, renowned for his expertise as a chef at the Michelin-starred restaurant Abbaye de Villenueve and his mastery of seafood cuisine from the Atlantic coast, will harmoniously combine his skills with Chef Brunet’s Provencal culinary inspirations.
