During this culinary weekend guests at Hotel Crillon Le Brave will be in for a gastronomic extravaganza with an extraordinary collaboration with Executive Chef Adrien Brunet, who has been leading the kitchens since 2021, and his good friend Chef Aymerick Depogny.  During this exceptional weekend, Chef Adrien Brunet will collaborate with his childhood friend, Chef Aymerick Depogny, whom he met while attending the same culinary school. Chef Aymerick, renowned for his expertise as a chef at the Michelin-starred restaurant Abbaye de Villenueve and his mastery of seafood cuisine from the Atlantic coast, will harmoniously combine his skills with Chef Brunet’s Provencal culinary inspirations. This fusion will give rise to a gastronomic four-hand menu that seamlessly blend the flavours of land and sea.
