With tranquil green spaces stretching from Holland Park to Kensington Gardens providing a gateway to the destination’s wellness offering – the week spotlights the destination’s 30+ health, wellness and fitness venues. From free-to-try sessions at BoxcleverLDN, 1Rebel, Virgin Active and F45, plus trial classes at new member’s club Maslow’s Kensington; other activities include alfresco PT-led fitness in Holland Park plus complimentary massages in the 5-star Milestone Hotel’s therapy space, hand massages at Rituals and mindful creative sessions with Cass Arts all part of the Wellness Week line-up too.

Also taking place throughout the week are expert-led wellness talks, covering everything from plant therapy and herbal remedies in the Design Museum garden, to a daily wellness through the ages heritage session at Kensington Place. A weekend highlight on Saturday 16th May will be a 5km run hosted by lululemon & Urban Greens which will weave through Kensington before finishing at Urban Greens, for a post-run DJ set and goodie bag treat.

The full programme, which also includes exclusive treatments, fitness class offers and creative experiences at the destination’s cultural venues, will go live to book on 27th April. Booking is essential for most activities and free sessions.
