High Street Kensington is set to inspire visitors and locals with an all-encompassing Wellness Week, running from 12th-18th May 2025. There are more than 30 dedicated health, wellness and fitness experiences in and around High Street Kensington as well as the enticing green spaces of Kensington Gardens and Holland Park.
Activities will run throughout the wellness week including taster sessions, special offers, free experiences and exclusive events highlighting why the destination is London’s go-to health, wellbeing and fitness spot. Choose from:



- Monday 12th May: Free RESET and RIDE sessions at 1Rebel (0630 and 0845)1Rebel is offering a complimentary sauna and cold plunge RESET session at 0630 and also the chance to try its high energy full body workout – RIDE at 0845.Both experiences are 45 minutes.
- Tuesday 13th May: Claim a free guest pass to Virgin Active (all day) To celebrate Wellness Week, Virgin Active is offering free access to the venue’s facilities including a 16m pool, extensive gym space, sauna, steam room and hydrotherapy pool. Thirty passes are available.
- Wednesday 14th May: Free masterclass on the importance of recovery The Body Lab ((1800-1900) – Experts from this ‘science meets wellness’ hub provide an insightful talk on all things recovery and its importance in the health and wellness journey.
- Thursday May 15th: Yoga and music in the Leighton House Garden (12-12.50) – A serene yoga session surrounded by the beauty of Victorian art and architecture, with live music from talented Iranian musician providing soothing sitar sounds to enhance the experience. Tickets £15pp.
- Friday May 16th: Free expert-led PT and calisthenics workouts at Holland Park’s new outdoor gym (1730-1830) – Make the most of the new alfresco gym facility with sessions guided by fitness instructors.
- Saturday May 17th Walk and Sketch in Holland Park (1100) – Led by an artist in collaboration with Cass Art, this creative session will invite participants to connect with nature through artistic expression.
- Sunday May 18th: Free Run and Revive with Decathlon (1030) – Enjoy an invigorating run to Hyde Park led by the team at Decathlon. Meet at the store (146-158 Kensington High St) at 10am for a 1030 departure. There will be four groups running at different paces with distances of 5-8km. Free gels will be available to try.
