Cook’s Club and The Self Love Lab Bring a New Wellness Experience to Crete

Cook’s Club continues to evolve its approach to contemporary travel for 2026 with a new wellness-led collaboration. Partnering with The Self Love Lab, the brand has curated a four-day immersive experience at Cook’s Club Hersonissos in Crete, Greece.

The experience is designed as a four-night stay, with guests encouraged to check in ahead of the programme, which runs from Friday, 16th October to Monday, 19th October, before checking out on the 20th. Across four days of curated wellbeing programming, guests are invited to step into a considered pace, where movement, mindset and shared energy come together in a setting designed for connection and self love. Set against the backdrop of Crete’s northern coastline, the experience blends curated wellbeing practices with the signature Cook’s Club atmosphere: design-led, social and effortlessly relaxed.

The Self Love Lab is a London-based luxury wellness brand focused on intentional self-care and mindful reset. Through workshops and bespoke experiences, it helps people recharge, reconnect and build lasting resilience – supporting the body and mind to find balance and flow. Open to solo travellers, couples and groups of friends alike, the experience is designed for anyone looking to switch off, connect and embrace a more mindful pace.

Created for those seeking space to reset, the experience features a curated programme led by leading UK-based practitioners Zehra Ibrahim (founder of The Self Love Lab) and Emily Lisanti. Known for their work across sound, movement and mindful practices, the pair bring a modern, accessible approach to wellbeing, focused on helping guests reset, recharge and reconnect.

Commenting on the collaboration, Zehra Ibrahim from The Self Love Lab, said: “At The Self Love Lab, we believe rest is one of the most overlooked forms of self-care. That’s why we’re so excited to partner with Cook’s Club. We see every retreat as an experiment, a chance for you to test out new tools and practices that support your nervous system. From yoga and pilates to sound healing and mindfulness experiences, we have created a space for people to discover what genuinely helps them feel calmer, more present, and restored. Our hope is that people leave not only feeling deeply rested, but with practical tools and rituals they can carry into everyday life long after they return home.”

Across four days, guests move through a rhythm that balances energising movement with moments of stillness – guided by a simple intention: less scrolling, more feeling. The experience begins with a warm welcome, an opening circle to set intentions and a sunset yoga session designed to ease guests into the days ahead. Energy builds with uplifting movement sessions, mindset workshops centred on confidence and self-compassion, and relaxed afternoons to spend exactly as guests choose – by the pool, at the spa or exploring Crete. As the experience unfolds, a guided walk, restorative sound baths and moments of quiet reflection create space to slow down, before a final morning of movement and a closing circle invite guests to carry that renewed sense of balance home. Every element is intentionally curated to encourage guests to switch off, stay present and connect – with themselves and with one another.

At its core, the experience reflects a grounded, instinctive approach to wellbeing. Movement is used to build balance; balance supports both body and mind, creating a sense of clarity that extends beyond the stay. It reflects the wider shift in how people travel today: seeking experiences that feel both energising and grounding, social yet personal.

The collaboration with The Self Love Lab is available as an add-on for both hotel and external guests, priced as below. Places are limited with only 30 spaces available for this one-off collaboration.

  • €600pp for full access to the programme.
  • €800pp for full access to the programme and dinners (this option is for those who would like to come together and connect over shared evening meals).

Reopening in 2026 following a full refurbishment, Cook’s Club Hersonissos returns with a sharper, more contemporary edge – where design, energy and connection come together naturally. Days unfold poolside under the Cretan sun, moving between slow mornings, shared moments and golden-hour gatherings shaped by ease and atmosphere. Newly refreshed interiors and reimagined social spaces set the tone, while on-site wellness facilities, including a gym, yoga spaces and a full-service spa, are designed to help guests move, reset and unwind.

This collaboration with The Self Love Lab reflects Cook’s Club’s evolving identity, where connection, culture and curated experiences shape a new expression of what a modern escape can be.
