Strawberry Daquiri

No springtime drinks table is complete without a classic strawberry daquiri and this recipe is sure to deliver all that trademark smooth sweetness. Garnish with a fresh strawberry for an added burst of flavour.
Ingredients:
- x 1 handful Crushed Ice
- x 1 measure rum
- x 1 measure lime juice
- x 1 tsp powdered sugar
- x 1 handful fresh strawberries
- Extra strawberries, to garnish
Method:
- Add all the ingredients, including the Crushed Ice, to a blender.
- Blend for 30 seconds, until the cocktail is smooth and no lumps remain.
- Scoop into a glass and garnish with a fresh strawberry.
Hendrick’s and Elderflower Gin Sling

A gin sling and British summertime are like chalk and cheese – you can’t imagine one without the other. This recipe combines Hendrick’s and elderflower to create an invigorating cocktail, perfect for serving in the afternoon and evening.
Ingredients:
- x 3-4 Super Cubes
- x 2 measures Hendricks Gin
- x 1 measure lemon juice
- x ½ measure sugar syrup
- x 2 dashes Bitters
- Elderflower tonic water, to top up
- Cucumber ribbon, to garnish
- Lemon wedge, to garnish
Method:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, then add the Hendrick’s Gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and bitters, and shake well.
- Add the Super Cubes to a gin glass, before straining over the gin mixture. Top up with elderflower tonic.
- Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and lemon wedge and serve.
Summer Gin Cocktail

This gin cocktail takes two summer staples, the Aperol Spritz and the G&T, and mixes them together to make the perfect springtime serve. Bursting with citrusy flavours, this drink is best enjoyed in sunshine – your back garden, a beach in the Mediterranean, what’s the difference? Thanks to @ginmonkeyuk for the recipe!
Ingredients:
- x 3 Super Cubes
- 35ml Masons Yorkshire Gin, or any other dry gin
- 50ml freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- 25ml Aperol
- 2 tsp orange marmalade
- Tonic water, to top up
- Orange wedge, to garnish
Method:
- Place a handful of ice, plus all the ingredients, save the tonic water, into a cocktail shaker.
- Shake well to ensure the marmalade mixes in fully.
- Add 3 Super Cubes to a gin glass, and strain over the gin mixture. Top up with tonic water, garnish with an orange wedge and serve.
Classic Mojito

The very best mojitos are made with copious amounts of crushed ice, plenty of mint and good quality white rum, and this recipe delivers exactly that. Make sure you muddle it well to experience the full flavour.
Ingredients:
- x 1 handful Crushed Ice
- x 2 measures white rum
- x 12 mint leaves, plus extra to garnish
- x 5 lime wedges
- x 2 tsp sugar
- Soda water, to top up
Method:
- Add the lime wedges, mint leaves and Crushed Ice to a highball glass, followed by the sugar and white rum.
- Muddle together with a muddler or rolling pin, to make sure all the flavours are released.
- Pour over the soda water and stir well.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and serve.
Clean V Spiced Apple Tonic (alcohol free)

For those who prefer to enjoy an evening with an alcohol-free drink in hand, why not try this spiced apple tonic, using Clean V’s Spiced Apple (vodka). Crisp apple combines with cinnamon spice to create a fresh and lively flavour, perfect for those days when you want to go sober.
Ingredients:
- x 1 handful Polar Cube ice
- x 2 measures Clean V Spiced Apple
- Elderflower tonic water, to top up
- Apple slice, to serve
- Lime wheel, to serve
Method:
- Fill a highball glass with Polar Cube ice.
- Add 2 measures of Clean V Spiced Apple and top up with elderflower tonic.
- Garnish with an apple slice and lime wedge, then serve.
