This simple Peanut Butter and Homemade Jam Toast tastes unreal and is great for a quick and easy, healthy breakfast. Give it a go. I hope you love it as much as I do.
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 100g raspberries, fresh or frozen (defrosted)
- 5g chia seeds
- 40g peanut butter
- 1-2 slices rye bread, toasted
- 10g sunflower seeds
Method:

Place the raspberries in a small saucepan with the chia seeds and a spoonful of water. Bring to the boil and cook for 2 minutes or until thickened slightly then set aside to cool.
Spread the peanut butter over the toast and top with the raspberry jam. Sprinkle over the sunflower seeds and tuck in.
Tip – Feel free to swap the rye bread for any bread you prefer.
