Jamu’s Hedgerow Collins

Ingredients:
- 4oz London Dry Gin
- 2oz Lemon Juice
- 2 Fresh Bay Leaves
- 4 Wild Blackberries
To serve:
- Jamu Wild Water – Sparkling Raspberry
- A few fresh Blackberries
- A Sprig of Bay
- Ice
Method:
- Place the blackberries and bay leaves in a tumbler and squash with a muddler to release their juice.
- Add gin and lemon juice, followed by crushed ice and briefly stir.
- Top with Jamu Sparkling Raspberry and garnish with a sprig of bay.
