Delicious, Easy Easter Gin Cocktail Recipes to Make at Home

We all love gin – don’t we? If you do then you need to try Bullards exceptional selection and to help you experiment, they have curated a delicious selection of Easter cocktail recipes.

Try the following gin cocktail recipes at home over Easter and let us know what you think:

Strawberry Clover Club

Shake all ingredients together with ice and pour.

Chocolate Negroni

  • 25ml London Dry Gin
  • 20ml Campari
  • 20ml Sweet vermouth
  • 10ml white crème de cacao
  • 2 dashes of cocoa bitters

Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into and ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with a slice of orange.

Ramos Gin Fizz

  • 50ml Old Tom Gin
  • 15ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 15ml freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 25ml pure cane sugar syrup
  • 1/2tsp vanilla extract
  • 25ml egg white
  • 25ml single cream / half-and-half
  • Top with Double Dutch Soda Water

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into another shaker. Dry shake and slowly pour 2/3 of the mix into a tall, chilled glass (no ice), whilst simultaneously pouring the soda water. Leave to settle in the fridge for a few minutes and top with what remains in the shaker.

French Harvest (75)

  • 50ml Coastal Gin
  • 25ml Sugar Syrup
  • 25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Dry Sparkling Cider
  • Lemon Peel

Add all ingredients, except the cider into a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake vigorously until cold. Strain into a Champagne flute.

Top with sparkling cider & garnish with lemon peel.
