Mother’s Day Sparks New Life at Tattu

As the night’s slowly grow shorter, and the weather begins to warm, elevated Modern Chinese restaurant Tattu prepares to transform itself once again for the months ahead.

A time of new life, hopes, opportunities and aspirations, we invite you to experience the vivid colours of this natural spectacle as our cherry blossoms change to rich purples and pinks, and Mother’s Day arrives.

From Sunday 10th March, Tattu will be offering thanks to our matriarchs with a very special set sharing menu designed to accompany the legendary Imperial Roast with full Fusion Trimmings. Indulge in Wagyu, Shiitake, Scallop, Prawn, and Royal Koi Gau Dim Sum as an opening course, before turning attention to our renowned mains.

Meat lovers can choose Aromatic Roast Duck, Chinese BBQ Chicken, Char Siu Pork, or Caramel Soy Bavette Steak. Alternatively, pick vegetarian and vegan options including Satay Cauliflower and Mock Caramel Soy Beef. Complemented with sides such as Steamed Bao Buns and Pancakes with pickles, crispy shallots, and Szechuan oil, Pak Choi with crispy shallots and ginger, and Salt & Pepper Roast potatoes seasoned with garlic, chilli and five-spice, conclude this opulent lunch or dinner with our signature Cherry Blossom Dessert.

Guests can also enjoy a special Divine Bloom Cocktail crafted to honour the timeless grace of mothers everywhere with its delicate blend of floral notes and captivating spirits. Any mother figures dining from the Mother’s Day Imperial Roast Menu on Sunday 10th will receive a Complimentary Divine Bloom cocktail.
