Bollywood Brasserie’s fabulous home delivery and Valentine’s Basket!

The Bollywood Brasserie in Tong, Leeds is quickly gaining a reputation for their superb high end Indian cuisine, which they deliver throughout Leeds and Bradford.

Their food stands out for the quality of the products, the way it is presented and the generous portion sizes. Team H&N recently reviewed one of their takeaway offerings and from the marinated lamb chops and sweet mince chapli, to the tandoori honey and mustard prawns, the food was incredibly good.

Bollywood Brasserie is part of the Holiday Inn Leeds/Bradford Hotel and like so many restaurants right now, they have had to adapt to the way in which they can fulfil their customers’ requirements, let’s face it, dining in is the new dining out!

With lockdown still very much with us, it has never been so important for hospitality to think on its feet and craft a new ‘eating out/dining in’ experience. And whilst for now the doors of the Bollywood Brasserie still very much remain closed, the kitchens inside are busy serving up brilliant food to every order that comes through.

When our team tried their takeaway food experience, everything arrived ready to eat and the smell of the spices and delicious ingredients had us drooling as we unpacked the many boxes. The chapati and naan arrived wrapped in insulated paper meaning it was ready to be served straight to the plate. The rest of the food was hot and freshly made.

The chilli paneer was made with the tastiest and sweetest chilli’s, onions and peppers, whilst the black lentil Dal Lalla Mussa was an incredible vegetarian dish. The saffron and pea pilau complimented our main of Bollywood Brasserie’s take on the very British Chicken Tikka Masala brilliantly. In everyone of our dishes the meat was succulent and tender.

The flavours being delivered were complex and combined making them so hard to replicate at home, so ordering is the only and best way to experience this type of Indian food. In fact, to make this kind of food would take years of practice. Food options at the Bollywood Brasserie cater for all diets including vegan and vegetarian dishes, so there is plenty of choice.

Bollywood Brasserie can be ordered through Just-Eat and why not take the stress out of Valentine’s Day and order their Valentine’s Basket filled with edible delights to help make it a special occasion.

The rooms at Holiday Inn Leeds/Bradford are still open for NHS workers and people on essential business travel. Check availability at www.holidayinn.com and their menus for takeaway at https://www.bollywoodbrasseriebradford.co.uk/

You will not be disappointed!
