Angelica is saying goodbye to Autumn and hello to winter with a glamorous Winter Lodge Terrace, in a partnership with No.3 Gin and The King’s Ginger.

Leeds’s rooftop restaurant and bar is to replace its autumnal florals with a transformation befitting the colder days this month.

The city centre’s coolest rooftop hangout is transforming from November – February into a beautiful winter lodge taking inspiration from a ski trip to the Alps to create a ‘Winter Lodge’.

Angelica will bring the Alps to the heady heights of its rooftop restaurant and terrace with silk warm toned florals and snow like accents, and guests will be able to enjoy a bespoke No.3 Gin and The King’s Ginger Cocktail Menu whilst sitting cosy underneath faux fur blankets overlooking the breath-taking Leeds skyline and away from the hustle and bustle of the streets below.

Angelica’s Marketing Manager Natasha Davies said: “Whilst the travel restrictions remain in place, we wanted to bring a sense of winter in the Alps to Angelica this season to give the people of Leeds their own vacation without the need to go too far. The winter lodge terrace we are creating will give a whole new ambience to our rooftop terrace and restaurant, and we are sure our guests will love it every inch as much as we do.”

Angelica’s Winter Lodge activation will feature throughout the months of November – February in partnership with No.3 London Dry Gin and The King’s Ginger.

No.3 Gin, created by Berry Bros. & Rudd, has garnered over 30 awards for excellence since 2010. It is the only gin in the world to have been awarded World’s Best Gin four times at the International Spirits Challenge, and the first gin to have ever won the prestigious Supreme Champion Spirit award at the International Spirits Challenge 2019.

Other recent award wins include a Gold medal at the International Wine & Spirit Competition 2020 and a Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirit Competition 2020.
It took two years to get the recipe just right. The team worked with Dr David Clutton, the only man to hold a PhD in gin, as well as the world’s leading mixologists and Master Distillers to perfect the combination of juniper, citrus and spice. Whether in a G&T or a dry martini, No.3 Gin is crisp, refreshing and perfectly balanced.

Inspired by the original spirit formulated in 1903 for His Majesty King Edward VII by Berry Bros. & Rudd, The King’s Ginger is golden in colour and delightfully robust in flavour. A revitalising and warming spirit that brings people together.

The King’s Ginger is wonderfully uplifting when enjoyed on its own and comes to life in many delicious cocktails. It’s the perfect foundation for any occasion.
