HECK! Pork & Strawberry Sausages with Black Pepper
Strawberries are synonymous with Wimbledon and now HECK! is serving a smashing way to celebrate the fruity gem and prestigious tennis tournament. Made with ‘deucey’ 85% British pork shoulder, black pepper seasoning, strawberries and strawberry jam, the new gluten-free summer sausage will be available to order from the HECK! website between 1 and 14 July (6 sausages per pack/340g). Atavi Pasta
Forget everything you know about pasta, Atavi raises the flavour game when it comes to making pasta dishes. There are three different variations. Firstly, Sourdough, crafted from 100% Italian durum wheat, and enhanced by natural leavening it captures all the flavours of freshly baked sourdough. Crosstown X John Whaite, Passion Fruit & Coconut Rainbow Scroll
For PRIDE 2024, Crosstown has teamed up with British chef, author of six cookbooks, and TV presenter John Whaite on their first PRIDE flavour. Together they have created the Passion Fruit & Coconut Rainbow Scroll and for every Rainbow Scroll sold, they’ll be donating 50p to akt, a charity providing support for LGBTQIA+ young people who are either at risk of homelessness or currently experiencing it. Graham’s, Greek Yoghurt Pouches
Graham’s Family Dairy has launched Scotland’s first Greek yogurt pouches in three flavours; natural, strawberry and honey. The product range is sweetener free and naturally high in protein. Parmigiano Reggiano, Parmesan, Pepper & Courgette Tart Recipe
Known for its rich heritage and unparalleled flavour, Parmigiano Reggiano is the ideal cheese to elevate a seasonal dish. Add it to a tart, like this Parmesan, Pepper & Courgette Tart. Parmesan available from all major supermarkets.
INGREDIENTS: Few drops vegetable oil, 320g ready-rolled puff pastry sheet (thaw if frozen), 150g Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (grated), 1 courgette (thinly sliced), 150g roasted red and yellow peppers (from a jar, drained and sliced), salt and black pepper, beaten egg or milk (to glaze), basil leaves (to garnish).
METHOD: Preheat the oven to 220°C, fan oven 200°C, Gas Mark 7. Lightly grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and unroll puff pastry sheet onto it. Score a 2cm border around the sides. Sprinkle half the Parmigiano Reggiano cheese on top of the pastry sheet within the border. Arrange the courgette slices and peppers on top. Season with salt and black pepper, then sprinkle the remaining Parmesan on top. Brush the edges of the pastry with beaten egg or milk. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the pastry has risen and is golden brown. Serve while warm, scattered with basil leaves.

Parma Ham, Grilled Peach Salad
With its rich, delicate flavour and melt-in-your-mouth texture, Parma Ham adds a gourmet touch to any dish. Parma Ham is perfect for everything from casual picnics to stylish dinner parties. Include it within a summer Grilled Peach Salad. Parma Ham available from all major supermarkets.
INGREDIENTS: 120g sliced Parma Ham, 4 nectarines, 1 bunch of arugula (rocket), juice of ½ lemon, icing sugar, extra virgin olive oil, black pepper and salt.
METHOD: Cut the nectarines into large slices, dust with icing sugar, add the pepper and place the slices over the hot griddle. Wash and dry the rocket and place it onto the dishes, then season it with salt, the lemon juice and oil. Then place the Parma Ham on the dish. Top the salad with nectarines and serve immediately.
