Who loves a day out in London?

The flagship stores, gorgeous architecture, variety of restaurants and heading into the festive season the lights and buzz just can’t be beaten.

What a lot of people don’t know is that if you turn off Oxford Street and within two minutes you are in Fitzrovia.  A fusion of East London Digital Marketing Offices and West London Chic eateries.  It has a charm all its own and nestled in one of its most charming streets under the gaze of the BT Tower is Saco Hair.

Saco Hair is the perfect salon to escape the bustle.  It has the instant calming aura of a spa and I felt so relaxed as soon as I walked in and was greeted by the lovely receptionist.

Their ethos is to enhance the natural beauty in hair and they have a thorough consultation with every client to make sure that they get the desired results, but equally what works best with the hair.

The consultation I received was thorough and knowledgeable.  I was keen to keep the length and thickness in my hair whilst getting rid of the dead ends.  I also wanted them to style it for me as after hitting the shops and salon I was off to meet a friend for dinner.

They gave me a ‘light’ hair wash so as not to wash out my purple hair dye too much.  After this they recommended a hydration treatment.  I knew my hair was dry after all the processing it has been through so this was music to my ears.

I was kindly offered a head massage and lying back in chilled lighting I felt a million miles from Oxford Street and almost drifted off.

I like the use of quality products throughout the cut and learned that the most important product in hair care is the heat defence spray.

The cut was great, they didn’t take too much off as I always fear and my hair felt so nourished and lively again.

I went for loose waves to give my hair some energy and a different look for the evening ahead.  Not too much fixing spray was used and I bounced off into the night remembering how much I loved Fitzrovia and getting my hair did.

I highly recommend a trip to Saco Hair and make it a regular thing. After all you are worth it!
