The AIRE 360 the brings together the brand’s most-loved features across past products into a single, versatile styling tool. The best of T3 in one tool! It was designed in response to consumer pain points, this tool was built by listening to what consumers didn’t love – from bulky attachments to lacklustre results and solving those challenges with smart, user-friendly design.

Ceramic Curler

The product launched with a waitlist of nearly 1,500 eager shoppers. While many tools still use plastic, the Aire 360 features T3’s exclusive CeraGloss™ ceramic, which creates long-lasting curls and zero heat damage to the hair.

The Review

T3 Aire 360 - the full kit

At the initial time of trialling the AIRE 360 my hair was very long, with natural coily, thick curls, and the T3 proved to help with a bouncy blowout. It dried my hair in record time (usually 25-30 minutes, to around 20 minutes). So far, so good!

Two weeks after getting into the full swing of using the AIRE 360 I went and had my hair chopped off! So, it’s now shoulder-length and I have to say that it only takes 8 minutes to dry my hair using the AIRE 360, and I couldn’t be happier.

The oval brush gives my hair amazing volume, and lifts it from the roots. Furthermore, the curling attachments produce beautiful loose curls because of the CeraGloss™ ceramic surface. The hair drying concentrator is lighter to hold than my traditional hairdryer, which is great. There are 3 heat settings, and 3 speeds, plus the base is used for all the attachments, so there’s no need to change cables or plugs.

I’ve found that having all the attachments in one single bag is a game changer, and it is very easy to transport anywhere. Everything is in rose gold and pink, and is beautifully presented in a rose gold and pink box. All-in-all I am loving the T3 Micro AIRE 360 Ceramic Air Styler Blowout Kit.

Interview with Julie Chung

T3's very own Julie Chung

How did you become the muse for the brand T3?

I was case study number one – the modern woman who seemingly had it all together… except her hair. I knew first-hand how much confidence could come from simply feeling good about the way you look. As my cofounder’s girlfriend at the time, I naturally became the one he turned to for inspiration. I brought both the vision and the frustration – the unmet needs that would eventually shape the brand. What started as a personal pain point became a blueprint for a solution that resonated with so many women like me.

What was the very first T3 piece of beauty technology produced?

Our first innovation was the Featherweight dryer featuring SoftAire technology, which delivered a high volume of air at a lower heat intensity. The airflow was ionized by tourmaline, a semiprecious stone known for its natural ionic properties. The result? Faster blow dries, smoother hair, less frizz, and moisture retention that traditional dryers simply couldn’t match. It was beauty tech ahead of its time.

Where did you get your design inspiration from?

Design inspiration came from the things I already loved—fashion, beauty, interiors. I wanted our tools to feel at home on a vanity full of curated objects, not like something you’d hide in a drawer. Back then, hair tools felt cold and utilitarian. I wanted to create something that felt considered. Beautiful. Worthy of the rest of your routine.

More from Julie Chung

At what point did you realise that the beauty world was in need of T3 beauty technology?

From day one, I knew something was off. Hair tools were being treated like home appliances, when in reality, they were essential to how women showed up in the world.

No one was speaking to her like this was beauty. No one was designing with her real needs in mind. So, we did! We brought innovation, intention, and elegance to a category that hadn’t evolved. We didn’t just redefine the category, we created a new one: luxury hair tools.

How many T3 products are currently available to buy, and do you have a favourite?

We currently have 17 tools in the line, along with a curated selection of brushes and accessories.

My favourite? Hands down, the Aire 360. I use it every day. The AireBrush attachment is a game changer, it gives me a smooth, voluminous blowout with zero fuss. It’s the tool I didn’t know I needed… until I couldn’t live without it.

Julie Chung of T3 Micro

Can you tell us a little more about the new T3 Aire 360?

The T3 Aire 360 is a deeply considered response to what women have been telling us they actually need. It was born out of real conversations, countless evaluations, and a desire to solve the biggest pain points in the air styler space.

Our community wanted healthier styling, longer-lasting results, and a tool that felt as thoughtful as the rest of their beauty routine. And because we’ve spent over 20 years developing hair-focused technology, we were able to put all of that insight and expertise into this one device.

T3 is known for hair styling tools, is there a plan to produce different beauty tools in the future?

Absolutely. Expanding beyond hair has always been part of the vision. Our goal is to continue innovating and creating beauty tools that solve real, everyday challenges for our community – always with the same intentionality, performance, and design that T3 is known for.

Do you personally test all new T3 products or do you have a team who test them for you?

Of course! I personally test every single product we develop. In fact, everyone on our marketing and product development teams is hands-on throughout the process. I can’t speak authentically, or passionately about a product unless I’ve lived with it, styled with it, and pushed it to perform. That level of involvement is core to who we are as a brand.

Co-founder of T3 Julie Chung

Have you ever considered collaborating with any hair care brands, if so, which ones?

I’ve always loved the idea of collaborating with hair brands rooted in true expertise, whether it’s stylist-founded or female-founded by someone who genuinely understands how women live, what they need, and how they want to feel.

The most meaningful partnerships come from that kind of shared insight and intention. It’s not just about solving for real moments, it’s about helping her create a beautiful, well-styled life.

I love Roz, Crown Affair, Bread Beauty Supply and excited to learn more about Chris McMillan Hair.

If you had never co-founded T3, which hair tool brand do you think you’d be?

If I hadn’t co-founded T3, hair tools might still be sitting next to toasters [and] treated like appliances instead of beauty essentials.

So no, I wouldn’t be another brand. I’d probably still be an eye surgeon – just finding other ways to help women feel beautiful, whether through fashion, beauty, or something in between.
