Bodrum’s hottest new villas now offer in-room Longevity Dining with a private chef, taking personalised gastronomy and wellness to a new level.

The one to five-bedroom Sunset Villas offer a stylish yet tranquil escape nestled in nature. New for 2026, the Sunset Villas will undergo a second phase refurbishment alongside the launch of a series of unique experiences reserved exclusively for its guests, including the innovative Longevity Dining concept. This will be available in the Sunset Presidential, Sunset Pina and Sunset Citrus villas, which each boast a private kitchen.

Sunset Villa guests will be able to book a private chef for intimate in-room dining, where each element of the menu will be carefully curated to support health and vitality. Developed by Lujo’s highly talented Executive Chef, Tuhanan Altın, the menu will be deeply satisfying and delicious as well as well-balanced and nutritious, featuring a wide range of vegetables, legumes, and healthy fats alongside seasonal, local ingredients.

Highlights of the menu include king crab with grilled avocado, decadent sous vide lobster with sweet potato, and tender grilled octopus served with pea, celery, spinach and salsa verde sauce. Vegetarian and vegan guests can enjoy a warm, spicy broccoli salad with peanut butter and berries, tofu with red beetroot and pumpkin seeds, plus refreshing mango and coconut, finishing on a naturally sweet note.
