Clubrooms unveils Peach Terrace Spritz – a signature summer cocktail available exclusively across Clubrooms lounges from 15th July 2026
This summer, the No1 Lounges luxury lounge brand, Clubrooms, is inviting guests to savour the journey from the very first sip, through an exclusive new collaboration with celebrated cocktail creator Carmen O’Neal, better known as Cocktail Carmen.
Appointed as the official Clubrooms Alchemist, the Canadian-born mixologist, TV personality and founder of sustainable distillery 58 and Co will bring her distinctive creativity and contemporary mixology approach to all Clubrooms lounges.
The collaboration reflects a growing appetite for more elevated and experience-led travel moments. Recent research from No1 Lounges found that 78% of travellers consider exceptional food and drink experiences the most important factor when choosing an airport lounge – signalling a shift towards travel that feels indulgent from the outset.
To celebrate the start of the partnership, Cocktail Carmen will be hosting a series of guided tastings and share her mixology expertise with guests at Clubrooms Gatwick North on 15th July, offering an exclusive opportunity to experience the signature drink alongside its creator.
The launch also marks the beginning of a longer-term creative partnership between Clubrooms and Cocktail Carmen, with further exclusive innovations planned beyond the summer season. As part of the ongoing collaboration, Carmen will also develop a bespoke alcohol-free serve for Clubrooms, set to debut later in the year ahead of Sober October, reflecting the growing demand for elevated low- and no-alcohol experiences.
At the centre of the collaboration is the Peach Terrace Spritz – an exclusive signature cocktail crafted by Cocktail Carmen and available only in Clubrooms, included as part of the complimentary offering for all guests this summer.
Peach Terrace Spritz captures the unmistakable feeling of that first drink on holiday. Blending white peach puree, St-Germain elderflower liqueur and Beefeater London Dry Gin over ice, topped with sparkling wine and a dash of Fever-Tree soda, then finished with fresh mint and a twist of lemon, the light, bubbly cocktail is refreshing and elegant.
Drawing inspiration from the laid-back luxury of sipping an aperitif on a sun-soaked holiday terrace, the bespoke serve transforms the airport ritual into the beginning of the journey itself, inviting guests to leave the bustle of the terminal behind and embrace a moment of calm indulgence before take-off. The Peach Terrace Spritz delivers a sophisticated taste of escapism from the very first sip, wherever in the world guests are heading. It will be available from Wednesday 15th July 2026 in all Clubrooms locations, including Gatwick North and South terminals, Birmingham and Heathrow Terminal 3.
