With 12 individually designed suites that are surrounded by the hotel’s 67 acres, The Samling’s sumptuous rooms are carefully considered to ensure guests are relaxed, with warming features such as freestanding baths with Lalique toiletries, underfloor heating, emperor beds and bathrobes that can be worn whilst looking out onto the lake views. Each room also has high quality 400 Thread Count bed-linen, goose down duvets and, hypnos wool and cashmere blend beds so that despite the harsh outdoor winter elements,  guests can stay cosy and snug.

For those that want to enjoy the fresh air but stay warm The Samling’s hot tub is the perfect spot. Guests don’t have to face the elements (or the fells) and instead they can warm their cockles with a glass of champagne  and take in the iconic view of Lake Windermere. 

The Samling’s lounge with large windows look is the perfect place for guests to kick back and relax. With plush sofas, comfy armchairs and a peaceful atmosphere, the lounge is open all day and is a great spot for guests to enjoy a hot drink and a few treats whilst reading a book or planning their next Lake District adventure.
